Zwijndrecht, the Netherlands, December 6, 2022 – Van Leeuwen Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, part of the Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Group, has entered into an agreement to acquire the business of ALLSTAHL GmbH, a pipe and tube specialist with customers in the field of heavy trucks, agricultural vehicles, machinery and hydraulics. The integration following the closing of the transaction is expected to start on January 1, 2023.
