In 2024 there is an US$ 180 million offshore platform construction & installation project.
Named as Sisi Nubi AOI Project, located in the East Kalimantan island offshore, known since A long time ago as a very rich hydrocarnon area.
This project is owned by state owned PERTAMINA HULU MAHAKAM, and carried on by EPCI Contractor MEINDO ELANG INDAH. MEINDO is Indonesia private company in EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, & Installation) field.
The construction is in the MEINDO Shipyard at Bintan Island, and the offshore installation will use the construction vessel owned by MEINDO.
