Acara dibuka oleh CEO Tender Indonesia –  Tito Loho kemudian oleh Leo -  International Business Manager of CTEF dan Koubao He - Secretary General of SSAM. Acara diikuti oleh lebih dari 150 peserta baik dari Delegasi China ataupun Indonesia
